Patagonia 2011 - LR meeting
Just if somebody have the money and the time to come here in 2011...

Argentinean and Chilean Land Rover clubs are preparing a huge LR owners/enthusiats meeting to be held in Torres del Paine in February 2011 (summer here). Will be a 5 days of off road and other activities in one of the most wonderful landscapes in South America.

All you are invited to assist (obviosly at your cost Laughing Laughing )

Sounds like fun. Do you know if it possible to hire Land Rover near to the venue/nearest airport, will standard spec be ok for the event or do they need to be prep for more extrmem off roading.

This would make a great trip for my and my wife's 40's.

Regretably and as far as I know, there is not any car rental that hires LRs here. Sad , but I will try to found one if you like.
Anyway, standard specs will be OK, a lot of old series are coming, so cannot be extreme.
