i have 3 trailers and never had to replace brake parts apart from the master cylinder pot which i got from trying to remember i sent the link to KEN so ask him

That's good to know. It's the pot that I really need as mine has a split in it Rolling Eyes

You are correct about the calipers and pads, although I don't think the discs are land rover but a machined version of the Scorpio ones, cylinder again is an odd one but yes the shocks are 110 rears. I may still have some spare bits as I broke 2 trailers to make mine.

Ah, I thought it was a post of yours somewhere that suggested that the disks were from a Defender. Not to worry though. I'll get the wheels off next week and see what condition it's all in.

I was going to get in touch with you about coming to see your Pyrenees stuff too, so perhaps we can talk trailers then Whistle Darren

No problem, although my trailer is still in Europe at the moment having a tour courtesy of ADAC.

I may even have a spare brake pot, if I didn't sell it, I will take a look and send you a PM, I do have a set of discs but they need machining to fit although it wouldn't cost much to sort them out

Jason.

Ah, it was Power Track that could supply me with a new cylinder, too. They reckoned that the original is an obscure listing for a Jeep application Confused Thanks for the number. If Jason hasn't got a spare then I'll go back to them. Darren

Clearly a master fabricator!! Bow down

I recently sold my Widetrack and had intended to do something similar, however I would have had to pay someone to do it, and I just don't think I'd have got my monies worth out of it.

I'm interested if the metal body has any advantages or disadvantages re heat insullation and condensation? Are you going to fit a cavity wall inside, or cover the outside?

Looking forward to the next update. Cool

Looking at the shape, are you planning some sort of pop-up roof, by any chance? Darren
