2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 XS CSW Orkney Grey

lumpy running

Hello,

I have a 2007 110 xs tdci. When i'm driving along a low revs and low speed and when I asked for slow increase in speed it judders. Almost as if it had fuel starvation. Has anyone got any ideas what it might be.

110 xs ute. 2.2

how slow and how much?

they can suffer from transmission shunt if to much is asked of thr drive train at to low a revs/high torque.

if it persists i'd take it to the dealer as if it fuel starvation you'll damage the engine.

how many miles have you're TDCI ?
may be it's the EGR valve.
I had same problem with my 07 tdci with 51 000 km, i changed my egr last week, and since, no problem

thanks for the reply. I have spoken to my mechanic he says its the egr. I know these are a problem on the tdci. I just blanked them off on my 300tdi and td5. But I have heard bad reports on doing that to tdci engines. 110 xs ute. 2.2
