thanks for posting that, kind of you, i still have saved searches keeping my eye out if it ever pops up for sale, i'd know it if i saw it, even painted, finally got the seat covers back, i might need to clean a bit of the wax proofing off and age them a bit, initially thought the wax would be a problem for clothes but it's no where near as bad as i thought it would be, all-in-all I'm really pleased with them, the guy even sent the drop-out pieces back with them, taking pics for a friend this afternoon so it seemed rude not to snap a few shots of the old grey bird, Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

made a few big steps forward this week, CD/ipod/bluetooth HU in, "6 component speakers in,dash-board tweeters in, subwoofer in, heated seats fitted and wired up to aircraft switches, spots all wired up, waxed belstaff styley seat covers fitted, matching gear gaiter and sub-cover fitted, wipers sorted, heater sorted, Silva compass (gift from my son) fitted,
removed the changed the stickers around so its a little more discrete, thule bike rack fitted, ordered another, just the roll cage, canvas tilt and roof rack to go and she's done! edit: been saving these badboys for a while, tried to keep everything else pretty muted, with a "services" feel to it, the skull was my one nod to the hot-rod crews, |
