Def 90 V8 wanted, black, softop - good spec

Hi all,

I posted up some time ago about this but having now not had a defender for a while the itch is getting worse!

I have found one potential vehicle which i plan to view but does need changing quite a bit to my own spec.. But its an auto 4.6 which i like the sound of!

Ideally looking for a V8 90, in black or white - 3.9 efi upwards, auto box, liking the idea of a softop - other spec desired, decent chunky look, so wheels, suspension, roll cage etc

Needs to be a clean car for me to bolt on to, my skills dont extend to welding and bodywork..

I have scanned ebay, autotrader and pistonheads but just wondering if anyone has or knew of anything else out there..??

I am based in the Surrey, Sussex area. Cash waiting, no messing about.

The sencond white one that didnt sell i emailed but have not heard anything... BUT, i am sure the guy had a buy it now of about £15k which i feel is somewhat steep!?

I am keeping an eye on these already.. black one could be a good little project but its in scotland!

I noticed that blue one too.. cheaking litte profit if it sells.. then saying that, i am sure people noticed. I was about to enquire and it dissapeared!
