Have a lifted 90 TD5 pick up for 'proper' roading and have spent circa 15k on it in last 2 yrs. Defender No 2 would be green lane only 1951 80" S1 2.0

If its the green 110 I'm thinking of, it's only a station wagon not a csw. Fine if that's what you want and too be fair looks good value.

I'd have the 110 over the 90...

In fairness he's changed the original post. I thought exactly as you did, if you have "done a deal" then your messing the guy about, I hope I don't get any time wasters!

Clearly this isn't the case though and the deal hadn't been done as the original post stated. Nick

In my basic english, I've done as much of the deal that can be achieved before handing over the readies. No deposit down etc. Not messing the guy around as he's clearly enjoyed the banter of getting the price he wants and I want. His last text ' this has been more fun than selling my house' ........... and as I'm away on holiday until 27th Aug he know he is free to sell it to anyone until my money is in his hands - we both discussed that.

The joys of free internet in our holiday cottage dragged up some other cars and I'm torn. 1951 80" S1 2.0

You are quite correct Jeremy - it's not a CSW. A basic old bus she is.

29,000 Miles on it too. It's been there a little while a couple of weeks so maybe an oppertunity to knock the price down. Wink $W33T $0U7H3RN $UG4R
