As said we hope to have an EU2 decat/DPF and programming option at some point in the near future. This will probabally be after the show season has finished and I have finalised duribility testing on our hybrid 2.2 turbo.

Me too! But with the introduction of the 2.4 in 2007 I bet there were similar issues with ECU programming and suchlike, they've been overcome as I am sure they will be with the 2.2! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!!
Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Pain in the arse to those of us who have an early one, i never felt the need to have the 2.4 played with it was good enough as was but my 2.2 is crap and to be honest getting worse not better. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

My 2.2 seems more refined and better power than my 2.4 , economy is slightly up but only by 1.5 mpg |

something positive. i will stop worry about it, nothing i can do, dont fancy losing the deposit. like noworries has said to me before, each engine is always different out of the factory.

Im hoping I can finish the work on the 2.2 very soon as now my car very shortly is now going to get a new heart transplant with the 3.2TDCI conversion I have at last made functional and pratical to do, I cant resist the extra power and must take out the 2.2 soon lol.
Failing that I may need a couple of BETA testers with a 2.2 if mine is converted to 3.2 before I finalise the 2.2 work on the DPF etc. Pete |

But you have removed your dpf and played with it. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough. Every Day 16 MY Discovery 4 Commercial Workshop and Escort Vehicle Weekends 07MY L322 TDV8 Vogue SE Series 1 80" 3ltr 6cyl with overdrive No Worries 4X4 |
