Stolen last weekend from dinnington near sheffield
My mates front roll cage from his prized 50th. Complete with 4 new Hella spotlamps . The cage is useless to anyone without all the internal bits so has been nicked purely as a gloryfied lightbar . Been quoted £2k+ to replace with genuine LR parts as safety devices no longer make them Any info treated in confidence if required. Please PM me if you hear of anything Cheers Paul Click image to enlarge Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated |

I can imagine his pain....That is a beautiful looking Defender. Hope the toe rags didn't do any cosmetic damage and get caught.

Could be travellers nicked it for scrap ... our stores at Dinnington had a load of metal nicked from yard last weekend too [for about the 3rd time] Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

I don't know if this would help your mate, but there's a brand new front hoop on eBay at the moment HERE Darren

Thanks guys . Will direct him to the link Anorak. Dont think the pikeys would go to all the trouble of taking it off for what must be worth £5 in scrap, especially when there is a brand new winch and bumper
Got the local lads on the look out for it,should be easy enough to spot on any other landrover, hopefully for the scrote he wont be in the car when they find it Paul |
