Well I hope she goes to a good home, thanks for the comments. I will be getting an old Defender eventually which I can get scruffy at work and use the Series again in the meantime. We will also be straight financially once i have sold my boat and so can gradually do up the house AND I get my dream boat which as a family we can have a lot of fun in.
My 17K lump has served me well getting me an old Jag, a new Defender and now my dream boat, great experiences. You've got to have a go at life and I'm going to do it in this The 1997 one is at the top of my list Forget the 32K price tag, the boat market has been weak for while, good deals to be had, especially with these "premium" marques http://www.cornishcrabbers.co.uk/index.cfm/boat/Brokerage.Home May wait until the winter when owners are getting even more desperate to sell  Admin note: this post has had its images recovered from a money grabbing photo hosting site and reinstated Last edited by Zagato on 23rd Jun 2012 10:11pm. +2 I dunno Zag, you've got from complete Puma novice bursting with 1001 questions to actual vehicle owner and then forum corrosion, valeting and vehicle expert all in the space of 18 months. Good luck with the sale, the new owner will be getting a nice looking vehicle Steve. Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades. Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW. [Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc] http://forums.lr4x4.com I used to be Miserable ...but now I'm ecstatic. |

Vultures are circling Zag!....Why on Earth would he wish to remove the snorkel? Look at a set of fitting instructions and you'll see why! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! Last edited by K9F on 26th Jun 2012 9:34am. Noooooo!!
You know how occasionally at motor shows and rallys there'll be a rare untouched mint condition old car there? One that was put into storage when it was 12 months old, then 15 years later it was brought out of storage, still looking mint, timewarp condition I think they call it... A lot like this... http://www.flickr.com/photos/triggerscarstuff/5174933692/ I think thats what needs to happen with your 110 Zag. Someone else has already said no one will look after it was good as well as you! Good luck with the sale! |
