I would like all of that too but just outside of Winchester with views over the South Downs National Park !!
1962 series 2a fully restored to original spec, a forward control , a 110 v8 auto ( wont need lpg because money is no object ) .
and a D4 HSE to ofroad in .

gosh that reminds me I used to visit Jane Austen's grave at Winchester Cathedral most years. Is she still there ?
