Nice bumper (the original one) - going to refit it?
Like the Puma bonnet and the new position for the badge Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Yes refitting the original bumper and chequer plate as it's soon to be going to get blasted, zinc sprayed and re-powder coated....... Also fitting a Raptor dash & heated seat kit when I re-trim seats. Even though it's fitted with a galv chassis I was thinking of giving chassis a coat of Dinitrol as it will look better black. 993 Varioram - Guards Red Defender 2.5 300TDI 110 HCP - Keswick Green Defender 2.2 TDCI 130 HCP - Orkney Grey - GONE Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE LUX - Corris Grey/Black Pack - GONE Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE LUX - Montaciano Red/Black Pack - GONE |

Have to admit I think I would prefer it without the plate - looks so clean and new right now
Galv + Dinitrol might just achieve immortality Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

I know but it was fitted with chequer plate when I got it and there are still holes in wings and sills. I thought of putting rivets in the holes before it was painted but thought that could look a bit naff... 993 Varioram - Guards Red Defender 2.5 300TDI 110 HCP - Keswick Green Defender 2.2 TDCI 130 HCP - Orkney Grey - GONE Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE LUX - Corris Grey/Black Pack - GONE Discovery 4 SDV6 HSE LUX - Montaciano Red/Black Pack - GONE |

That looks awesome. Is it running spacers or is it just a trick of the photo?

great job Simon, love the colour - gets me thinking about my 90's paintwork and the black arches finish it off perfectly.

On a 300 tdi it would normally get in through the vent on the off-side wing. John http://www.hampshire4x4response.co.uk 2011 Tdci 110 CSW XS |
