Yes I'll find the links for you , it was installed in a place in Olton broad where I grew up, only downside it was an arm and a leg alpine set up.
The clarion or possibly pioneer would be just as good and way cheaper. I posted a thread re my clarion install a few weeks ago. Company was Dalco and search on YouTube for alpineukelectronics, you'll pfind it there. We are an official Alpine dealer but there are not huge margins in the stuff but will do a deal where possible.

Not really sure if i was looking at buying all alpine stuff, was more interested in getting someone to do the front door speakers like they did in this http://www.dalcocaraudio.co.uk/Dalco_Car_A...ender.html ... Problem is, i phoned them up and they no longer do this sort of thing ! Was also looking for a re-trim of the door cards in an alcantara material... I know there are a few people, but they are all so far away so i need to find someone that has done something like this in a defender so i can send the door cards and other pieces to be trimmed away as my 110 is my daily driver... |

I don't think the finish on those door cards is particularly good ....

Alpine do some good stuff and are one of the few dedicated 12V manufacturers left
We can do the front door speakers and trim the panels in leather or alcantara, I would have a good look at your current door panels at where the scuffs are and accept that this will happen to any material you use to cover the door with. On the rear speakers we do not use the factory location but go up either side of the rear door which gives a better sound and keeps the speakers out of harm's way. The front doors could be done of the car but the rears would need the vehicle. Yes we have done quite a few Defender Audio upgrades including door trims. |
