Thanks John
I have been a passenger in a 2.2 90 a couple of times and it was a lot quieter than the 2.4 but I never had the chance to drive it. I am not looking to change my 2.4 but if the dealers came up with an offer I would be stupid to refuse I might consider it Bob 2015 Jaguar XE240 R Sport - goes like ....... !! 2013 Defender 90 CSW - sold 2009 Defender 110 Double Cab - sold 2001 TD5 90 CSW - offroad project - sold to a forum member 2011 Porsche Boxster - for the sunny days ! |

They don't have the diesel knock noise like the 2.4, but they have this dull hollow droning sound, which could be the DPF? Mine is in for warranty at Taunton, and like John I've been given a 12 plate 2.2 but with a hard top. |

Great stuff, as soon as I know I'm getting a weekend off I will let you know. Unless you fancy a mid-week trip at some point? |

Re-fitted my spots back onto my A-bar and re-wired the lot from scratch with top quality VWP 33A products. Even went so far as to run the power cable in 5 meters of convoluted tube I now think** that they're a bit brighter now due to the better quality set up and less joins in the cable runs

Was that the 100mile run that came through kings Langley today. There were shed loads of cyclists coming down Toms lane? Last edited by megatoad on 20th May 2012 11:42am. Edited 1 time in total |
