The 'rim' around the lens is a semi sharp castlalated design .. ideal for the you/wife/kids etc to bash a mugger/attacker in the face/forehead .... Whistle Guns and Landrovers .... anything else is irrelevant.

Hate to be a party pooper, but just carrying the torch could get you in trouble with the feds, and it it ever were to be used, the courts would treat it just the same as if you had been carrying and used a knife.

Right or wrong, the current law would take the view that this item is a weapon.

Avoid This is border country and the Romans built a wall for a reason!

i'll take the chance, like I have with the "illegal" leatherman multitool I have carried on me for the last 20 years.
Really does depend on what your uses are for it.
If you take it with you when you go out drinking on a saturday night then expect trouble, but if like me or most other people using these type flashlights using it when taking the dogs for a walk (or just me, lighting up underneath a truck when it breaks down at 3 in the morning) it's really not going to cause any problems with the police.

I know you can buy flexible led strip for like $3 on ebay and install it on your car, but whenever you see a car at night with LED Light Bars, are those headlights that have an led strip lights or no? Where can I buy LED headlights(clear white/blue color)? Are they legal? Whistle
