Last year we did a job out in Poole Harbour, putting one of our tower cranes on the small Green Island, for erecting a new Canadian Log house, it was a great job to be involved with, i was horrified to learn that it has recently been badly damaged in a fire.

All that available water surrounding them and no contingency in the event of a fire? Saw the smoke....
Condor Ferries are currently using the jetty behind the tug as a maintenance berth at the moment. We are using the tug pictured The Herbert Ballam tomorrow to put divers in the water and fit a port outer jetavator on Condor Vitesse. Small World and coincidental photo.... I will let you know when we are going to start the operation again, loads of planning to get that lot out there, i have heard that the jetty and landing at the Island is much improved now. Still very shallow water in the area between the 2 islands. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.
