Alternator Plug --- what is it??
On back of alternator/generator there is a plastic plug coming off the harness.

What does this do??

If this is unplugged what would happen??

There is a post connector for the battery cable.

But there is a "connector" above that..........looks like 2 wires coming off the harness.

One will be the battery charge warning light and the other may be a tacho drive but i would think thats driven off the ecu on a puma.
