Went for 15 years from late 80s to early 00s. The Group C Jag and Peugeot years.
Wouldn't have missed it for the world. Have a big Le Mans party at home avery year now. |

That's what my neighbour is doing for a change. He's worked out how much he will save on fuel, ferry and tickets and will blow that on beer/BBQ and watch it on the box - I know where I'm going to be that day
Really want to go to the Classic Le-Man - never been either |

Le Mans is one of things that should be on your 'Must do before I die' list.
Go for the week - See the scrutineering in the Place de Jacobans on Monday and Tuesday. Watch the practice sessions from Arnage. Sit in the grandstand at 4am and see the whole race change while others are asleep...... Bet you can't do it just once |

Yeah it's On our list of things to do before we die.
Some of my mates haven't got much cash, so I am taking everyone in my 90. Will be a squeeze, but all our stuff will have to go on the roof. Should be a bit of fun. We are going Wednesday to Sunday night. Current:D4 HSE Gone: BMW Z4MC Gone: Defender TD5 90 CSW Previous: Discovery TD5 ES (Gone) |

Dead keen but tbh most of my mates aren't that bothered. My son is 9 years old and am hoping to take him but am worried if it isn't really a kid kind of place?

It's a week long party. The local hypermarket is about 1Km away from the main campsite (Chemin de Boeuf) and the French beer is very cheap. Take a barbeque - it's the only way to cook when you're there. |
