Puma Strange noise?
G'day all

Hope one of you guys can shed some light on my problem.....

Recently(since the start of our winter here in Africa) the Puma has been making a strange sound.

In the mornings after start-up all is perfect but when I drive the first mile or so, and go into the higher gears ( esp 3rd and 4th) the normal "ta-ta-ta-ta-ta" sound of the engine suddenly becomes slightly "louder" for 2 or 3 seconds and then as soon as the revs pick up(or engine warms up?) it disappears?

Is this just do to with the "cold start". Is it normal?[/i]

You could try checking the injector software.
