Good luck with that! If there was such an email youd'e have to wait ten years for an answer!

Problem- 90 went in for water ingress problems. Panels were shifted, gutter sealed with sealant. Passenger door now catches/paint being rubbed off. If parked on a slight incline the door is so tight it will not open. Apparently because I have a non LR manufactured roof rack (fitted after the poor repairs) the dealer has refused to sort.

Laurie-thankyou. I've only driven/owned Land Rovers for 23 years. Done the trialling scene, rebuilds, etc, had the series motors and enjoyed every minute My gripe is LR customer service/workmanship.

I found LR Customer services extremely friendly and helpful. They sorted my problem (key/alarm fob problem) and chased up the dealers on my behalf. Follow-up call to check I was happy.
The Defender's a pile of old junk but the keyfob's a beauty. |
