Hi all
have posted on this subject before, but have another question to ask (as the issue is still not resolved) that someone out there may be able to answer. i have seen on this forum, and in a land rover mag, that the military are testing puma based land rovers, for replacement of the current fleet of land rovers. one of the points mentioned in the mag article is that the new vehicles are screened for RF so as not to interfear with military radios. as i have a problem with my Ham Radio in my SVX, in that it picks up the RF from the injectors, does any one know how land rover have gone about screening to resolve this problem. have considered speaking to land rover directly, but not sure who or what department to ask for. Try an independent power supply, i.e. battery that is not connected to the vehicles system, should eliminate a lot of your problems. Richard
Either a 90, 110 or 130. Discovery 5 |
