Hi Alan I have what you are thinking of doing and it works really well. Footloose 4x4 fitted mine and it is a really neat job, I don't think it involved any cutting of body. Mine's a Puma so it will fit. You just need to make sure front pasenger has enough leg room, my wife has very long legs and she is fine when the seat is pushed back against the fridge.

Interested in this as well Mark.
Once the bracket is installed, can you put your seat back in when you dont need the fridge? You cannot teach stupid people to do clever things |

The bracket uses the holes used by the seat mount, so the bracket would have to be taken out completely, so not a quick switch over but could be done but would take sometime. Will try and post pics over weekend, there are some on MPD's website i think.

like the sound of a non-evasive fitment, as 'bracket' would suggest so 
still can't see it though, cos the image on the mps4x4 catalog seems like a formed plate that is rivited to the floor and box? also the fridge tray appears to be unsupported at the edge nearset the front passenger seat. havn't got a 110 to hand to figure it out.......might have to feign a potential purchase at my local dealer and blag an extended test drive this weekend  |

The MPS install does need some cutting
the folded plate you can see on their site fills the hole you need to cut from the sloping part of the rear floor next to the rear door jambs, thus creating a large flat area for the fridge to sit on i will doing this when my new one arrives but won`t be buying the kit |

ok, makes a little more sense that, kinda assumed after some study of the pdf pic that cutting was required
what about the 'floating' end, how is that supported? your likley to get your new wagon sooner that mine, looking forward to some sneak pics. i take it the rear box is the same for DC and SW's alike. cheers al. |

I made a table to sit my 35l, rests on the ledge where the seat sits and has 3 other legs to spread the load.
The only trouble I could see with doint that for you is the height of the 45l 2002 Defender 110 DC |
