6th gear noise and water leaks
I have noticed that while letting off the throttle in 6th gear, there is an interesting sound, kind a like a fart...as best as I can describe it.
Any one have anything similar?

Also, any fix for the wet footwell? Have the dealers found where to hit the silicone to make it stop?

Try checking the windscreen seal and the door seals esp. the top front corners. 2.4 90 XS

hi there,
no idea what the sound is, but i to have a wet footwell. this is caused by the splash from puddles being scooped up by a plastic panel on the underside, under the seat positions, it is worse on the passneger side. have got some foam to fill the gaps, just waiting for a dry day. Cheers
