mine does it, as did the last one, colder it is the worse it is, i wouldnt worry about it. Cheers

The puma engine does run rich on initial cold start, and will produce a bit of smoke, especially when its really cold. It'll get worse when the EGR valve opens (3 seconds after engine start up) as it then breathes in this already rich mixture, causing even more smoke. The engine leans off quite quickly, once CHT start to climb, and so the smoke will clear.
