Didn't you have 'diversity at work' training Zag ?
On a day to day basis I must say I prefer working with women as I have a better laugh with them but when something kicks off boy does it kick off and then A isn't talking to B anymore and so on... Blokes tend to have a big row and next day its all forgotten about That BMW business is on the fringe of the usual corporate speak, new examples of which I come across all the time. Years ago if you were a naughty boy it was disciplinary action - now (where I work) you are subject to "consequence framework" |

Agreed I always preferred to manage women and be managed by women - you could manipulate them more with a bit of charm
'Consequence framework', need to look into that for my marriage Just been scrubbing the old kitchen lino so we don't have to buy a new one, can now afford a new anchor and chain for my boat  |

Funny that, since mine walked it's funny how I have a little fund for the Defender, well, can't sit on posh sofa's if you're out in the Land Rover can you and curtains? They last for years if you don't keep opening and closing them  |

 for half and anchor you can have half my boat, don't expect it to float though WTF type of anchor is that  Must be over 15KG, good idea really stops it getting jammed in rocks so much I should think |
