GMB build the roof rack: http://www.gmb-mount.de/
Look for shop and "Dachgepäckträger E-S-E-L" ... there are several modules that you can plug together. I have the base-modul on the back part of my puma and three extensions to stretch it across the whole length of the roof. There are several additional modules available. Overall quality is great and it totally easy to install. It took me about an hour to put it all together. @defender4: If you use it like me -> fullsize, you have some wind noises but nothing serious. If you only use three modules, you hear absolutely nothing. Weight: I would say: The same like other roof racks. Last edited by Niffko on 30th Mar 2012 7:25am. Edited 1 time in total |

According to nakatenga, the sirus lights are about 800 sterling. not too bad a price is it! depends on shipping mind!
What is the range of these lights like over standard? 2008 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold) 2015 Discovery 4.5 Black pack Firenze red XS 2008 Corris Grey 110 XS USW (sold) 2011 Santorini Black 110 XS USW (Sold) |

Shipping shouldn't be a big deal
The lights are really awesome. Standard headlights in a Defender are crap. This one offers enough light, is very bright and "white". Of course there are regulations in Europe that prevent the lights to be too bright, but I think this one offers the best possible solution. I had a BIG grin of my face after I installed them and used them for the first time. And that grin was even bigger after I turned on high beam. You cannot compare this in any way with any other headlight. The JW speakers, which are far more expensive, also offer great low beam, but the high beam is basically not there. And it's made of glass, what makes them a bit more damageable. Some say the sirius look ugly - well ... not in my eyes |

No - I only use the headlights and leave the rest like it is. I played around with the idee what else could be changed, but I had the feeling that this would change to typical LR-face too much. I invested the money in several other "illuminations"
If you order say hello to Jan from me |
