Had to drill the padlocks off two Hi-Lift brackets so I can move them to the rear of the Hannibal roof rack.
N.B. when I bought the car recently I was given the wrong padlock key Mad
Job done and I prefer the jack on the back of the car. Just need to buy to new locks. Rolling Eyes

I used three different drill bits...started with small drill then worked up to largest one. Eventually the cylinders just fell out. The first lock's shackle then popped up but the second lock I had to use pliers to move the shackle.
I don't think I make a good Locksmith! Laughing
