Need to get fuel out of my TD5 90...
Due to the fact that I can't buy any derv, and I am supposed to be driving to the Isle of Arran tomorrow night in my D3, I need to get the fuel out of my Defender which is full, into my jerry cans.

I am not about to start sucking on a bit of old hose pipe if there is an easier way using the fuel pump?

Answers via PM if deemed a security risk.

Not an option I'm afraid. Sad

Unfortunately, 90's are not endowed with enough room for 4 adults, 1 dog, bags, and 2 bikes, 2 lots of fishing gear and 1 set of golf clubs. 2021 Defender 110 X-Dynamic HSE D300 MHEV

Disconnect one of the pipes on the fuel pressure regulator, or filter head. But not nice jobs.

What about opening water drain in bottom of filter, bucket underneath, and get the pump to do the prime proceedure

take the drain out of the fuel filter and run it in prime mode, that'll empty the tank fast enough
