They don’t care because if you have paid to get the work done prior to the recall its tough also BMW don’t offer Warranty on a Warranted part so if you have let’s say an injector replaced under Warranty then it fails again the next day but at the same time you’re have just run out of your Warranty the replaced parts are not covered (If you have paid it is )
