England 2011 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Orkney Grey
Had a good look around on saturday. Brian James look good, cargo is what i'm after. Ifor was disapointing due to the curb weight and build. Indespension trailer is wining due to price, spec and servicability.

Need to make a decision soon as it'll be in this tax year Whistle

I have a Rapier 1 tonne missle trailer thats being converted to a camping, sleep in trailer for a bit of wild glamping! bit like this

I bought a Brain James Car Go 14ft with mess sides and rear tail ramp. Rattle free, alko suspension and great to tow...even at max.

Probably mentioned it before but at some point I'm looking for a smaller trailer (has to be new 1997 > licence complient so no more that 750kgs) Local to my area. There is of course IW but who else would you recommend? Don't really fancy one of those little Erde B&Q things. Looks a bit sill on the back of a LR Whistle

well i'd recomend Brian James or indespension. they are on decent suspension and are a newer design. IW are a good trailer but old hat in the design stakes now.

Plus i'd get my trailer test if i were you then there are no issues

Thank-you. Yes, I may well think about the trailer test some time but I've only just got over the first hurdle for now so I'll leave that for a while I think & to be honest I don't have any use for anything big only smaller one's. Thanks for the suggestions though I shall have a look right now. Thumbs Up

IWT 'P' range could be what you're looking for.

Most 750kg trailers won't have any suspension or over run brakes. Worth bearing in mind. Might I suggest you have a look at the offerings of CLH Trailers in West Wales http://www.clhtrailers.co.uk/ They will make up any trailer you want to your specs. Reasonable prices, very strong and well made. Very happy with mine.[/url]
