110 Double Cab in Grey - Melmerby Fell
Wondering if the pick up I saw on Mel Fell at about 11.30 this morning is registered on here? You were trespassing, there is NO right of way (for anything, let alone vehicles!) and damaging important wildlife habbitat. If you are found again you will be prosecuted, you know who you are.



I do not want to put this on here, but it riles me like nothing else and does not do the 4x4/landrover/Off-road community any good! Evil or Very Mad

If the person is on here then they will know they were seen/hopefully not do it again? Confused Rolling Eyes Trespass within itself is not a police issue as it is a civil offence, we have been down this route before. To be honest, if the person posts on this thread an apologises as it was a genuine mistake, it may have been, then I will have a new view of this kind of thing! Good things come to the wild and free

If they aren't, what's the harm? I don't know if they are on here, if they were it would have been a name and shame job!

If they are, hopefully they won't do it again. even if they aren't on here they may just read it somehow. It was a fairly modern, tricked up truck - definitely not local, an "enthusiast vehicle", so I imagine they will be on a forum somewhere. Good things come to the wild and free
