RIP Davey Jones
Davey Jones famous tambourine shaking lead singer of manufactured pop band, The Monkees has died, aged 66 at his home in Florida. Born in Manchester, he was first an actor before joining the Monkees in 1965 aged 20.

Many of us will remember rainy saturday mornings watching the Monkees. Thanks for the tunes and the fun Davey, RIP to a Mancunian who done well Bow down

Many won't though said to my staff last night (always late on plate change Twisted Evil ) that Davey hag passed away they said who tried to explain that it was a made up band a bit like that xfactor crap Rolling with laughter

The missus just told me Davy Jones from the Monkees has died. At first I didn't believe her then I saw her face now I'm a bereaver Jon - 110 td5 [sold]. Currently Defenderless.

66 Shocked Not good, makes you think, 20 years to go. My father is 77 but ALL his old mates passed away 10 years + ago Sad He was lucky to survive a stroke 3 years ago and he is Mr Healthy eating/exercise obsessed Shocked I've got no chance, where's the credit card Laughing
