FS : 2000 Defender 90 HT td5
Ok this is hard as I really don't want to get rid of this car but unfortunately financial circumstances mean its got to go Big Cry

I have a 2000 (V) 90 td5 forsale it's done 90500 miles and drives fine, mot is due in April, it's silver although originally white, (ex Yorkshire water), I have spent a fortune on this car, below is a list of everything I can think of!

bearmach heavy duty springs giving an effective 2" lift
decarbon shocks
Toyo 315/75/16 tyres on mods
Mud console
Trekker seats
Cubby box
Light bar
Mantec snorkel
Front Jate rings
Diff guards front and rear
Genuine Landrover rear work light
Rear of vehicle ply lined with storage box, this is now fully carpeted.
Battery disconnection switch in front as well as Anderson connector with fly leads to two heavy duty battery clips
New rear door
New radiator
New steering box
Decarbon steering damper
Black Cheque plate on wing tops and sills
New steering shaft
New discs and pads at mot last year
New uj on rear prop shaft
Genuine rear tow bar
New bearings on front within last 12-18 mths
New battery approx 18 mths ago
New MAF sensor

Probably a lot more as well to be honest, as I remember I will update! I will also try get some pics up asap as well.

No, theirs the usual bits on the rear cross member but nothing major and I've never had any advisories on any chassis rust

Yeah your right I was looking at a galvy one, i was hoping to keep it and in which case through some cash at it with a view to keeping it for many years, but due to not being able to sell our other car for decent money I'm unfortunately left with no choice but to sell the td5 Big Cry

Thanks Steve.

Off Topic Buying plans for a 90HT on hold for a few weeks.

Couple of reasons.

There are a lot of 90's out there and they are not selling, I think this is a more general thing of people just not buying. As you know, I am in retail and some of the sales figures I see every day for a lot companies are quite alarming.

Secondly, there is a budget in three weeks. If, and it is a big IF, they cut VAT to try and kick start high street spending then it will open up a few more avenues for me. There are quite a few new 2.2 90's sat in dealers and not going anywhere so there may be a 12 plate 90 looking at joining my 110 Whistle

The right one at the right price now might temp me but I can wait.

Back on topic, your 90 certainly sounds good Ben and the price is reasonable but, as I said above, people are just not spending at the moment.

If you can wait I am sure it will sell.
