Am I right in thinking that the club stand would be in the main show ground bit where the defenders would be parked and camp would be made rather than camping in the outer lying camp site?

Sometimes you can camp on the stand - I'll find out Thumbs Up John

You get the idea, there is a few clubs that do that, ideally you'd be looking to be sandwiched in between the club sponsors who would normally have a fence up at night so most sides would be covered. Russell

NOT just at Billing. There are scumbags anywhere and everywhere in the world.

Take safety precautions wherever you are.

Ok, I now have the forms and some answers ....

We have a club stand and will be allowed to camp on it (as long as it looks 'presentable'). I told them Zag was coming so they know the pitch will be perfectly kept Rolling with laughter

The no so good news is that we have a maximum of 8 vehicles allowed (each gets a free pass for 2 adults) 5 other members can get 50% off tickets.

I will complete the paperwork and front the cash for the extra tickets for now (if needed). They want to know what we have on the stand / display so I will put down for a club meeting area (posh words for caravan awning), club banner and posh Defenders Whistle

Any other ideas welcome Cool John

Big ice barrels for BEER!!

Models who give out tea to passers by.

Is there any development in the def2 merchandising side of things? I know companies that can do most of the stuff

What is the noise levels allowed in the evening, is it silence or party levels? ===================================
