Bought a complete set of 10 from Bolt-on-Bits and only cost £200 - compared to LR cost of £500 for just stop/tail light alone!!!!
Every single lamp had water ingress - one of them even collected the rain swishing about inside the lens where I swear I saw a tadpole Anyone else had this problem? In fairness, BoB did refund after sending back, but they didn't seem especially bothered that I was driving with 2 defective non working lights - and certainly don't respond to emails. I had to once again pay upfront for replacements. When they arrived, I noticed that some had received rudimentary additional black sealant and I sealed the rest. Guess what,...................2 are already starting to fog with condensation. Mia Culpa...........if your bank balance can take it, stick with qaulity every time. The only thing I have used them for is the Stainless headlight surrounds. Seem's an excessive price though £12 each and then £2.50 post. Well at least I think so a hardly any postage discount! Also on the order I had for the second surround there was no marker for dispatch All arrived correctly and safely but seem a bit vague

I was looking for alternatives to rust prone standard bezels and was slightly nervous about the bolton bits one, although I remember someone checking them with a magnet to make sure they were actually stainless. I also remember someone suggesting mini spares bezels, but the only ones I could find seemed a different shape to the bolton bits ones. Until I dismantle my existing bezels to see what they actually look like, I'm not sure which is the best way to go.

Depending on what LED lights are required, Kevin at Mud UK(www.mud stuff.co.uk), Tim at Mobilecentre (www.mobile centre.co.uk) and ourselves sell a range of LED lights.
Like a lot of gear there can be a big price range, quality of goods and quality of service Brendan |
