My youngest decided that he'd clean all the glass and lights on my 110 Shocked Shocked He was getting bored while I was doing some spannering on a telescopic. I've got shiney windows(allbeit with streaks) and shiny lights, I have got to find some muddy puddles soon Whistle

Nice 110, out of curiosity what is the scoop over the heater air intake?

It's a snow guard. It originated on military Land Rovers operating in the likes of Norway, but it serves to keep rain and crud out of the heater too. Mine is a genuine ex-mil steel one that I've painted black, although they're now available in plastic, fibreglass and (at huge expense) stainless steel. Darren

drove around Clew Bay nr Westport Co Mayo. We just followed the road until it became a track and followed the track until it became a very rutted track. You can just see a couple of the dozens of tiny islands that are clustered together in the bay. I wouldn't have had the guts to drive around these little tracks in any other vehicle !

That's one hell of a snorkel!

Cool, I did remember to brush the snow off the intake last week but I seems a good idea to me. may have to look one up.

Cheers

I took mine for a day out to London ExCel for the Motorhome, Caravan and Camping Show. Had a chat to the dealer who is supplying our caravan in a couple of weeks about fitting some Tyron bands, checked out a few storage issues and spent some cash on extras and bits needed including some towing mirrors. John

No it's north of the river next to london city airport. You can park under the show, just pick the right entrance as some have height restrictions. Nice venue in the summer as you can do whatever show is on, then wander outside with a pint and watch the boats in the docks.
