England 2008 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 XS CSW Stornoway Grey
Air Conditioning - Vehicle ID
Just been offered a 2007 Puma, the vendor is stating the car has AC, however it doesn't have the extended AC grill as found on Td5's and am sure as I have seen on some Puma's.

Could the car have AC with a flat grill ?

If it just has the normal grill (Not pushing out) then it will not have AC as that is where the gubbins for the AC sits. Maybe he is one of these guys who thinks rolling the window down qualifys for it!!

Nope. He is stiching you. The extended grill houses the condenser for the AC. Had a 07 Defender, now got a 09. I must say the cluch on the 09 is miles & miles better. The 07s were known for a fierce clutch, which LR modded in later models. Not sure exactly what was done or when, but the later models have a different clutch & gearbox part number. They are far nicer to drive.

How did I get from AC to clutches? Shocked

Spoke with the vendor and he realises the car doesn't have AC Embarassed

You can get AC on a Puma without the extended grill Thumbs Up Chris`s 90 Puma from Boab was the first one i`d seen with it. Give him a call on TEL; 01684 591154
