England 2006 Defender 110 Td5 DCPU Zambezi Silver
FS 2006 TD5 110 Double Cab with lots of toys!
Well it's time for a change, and need to sell my defender. Sad

Land Rover Defender 110 TD5 Double Cab 2006 (55 reg) Special Vehicle in Silver & No VAT to pay.

106,000 miles
4 months MOT
8 months TAX (£200 P/A)
Part dealer history, but has been fully serviced in July at 99k at my local garage with new front brakes & pads fitted. This car has never let me down, and has not missed a beat. you really need to see it to appreciate it. it is located in Hereford.
No Mechanical Faults no sign of rust and I would describe it as very good condition, it drives very well as it has been re-mapped by the previous owner. My previous TD5 (which was exactly the same spec as this one) had a JE engineering map on it and this is by far better giving more power and economy.

Land rover extras include:
Half Leather XS seats
Air conditioning
Front Electric windows
Front A Bar with spots
Checker plate wing tops (and removed sills)
Boost alloys
Steering guard

Since I bought the vehicle earlier this year I have added the stuff below for a camping trip this summer. Since returning I need to move on and have to regrettably sell it.

After market extras include:
Hannibal Roof tent 1.6m delux (used less than 10 times) the mattress is 1600mm wide x 2400mm long, mounted on a 3” tube frame so when the tent is erected a 6’ person can walk below it, but you don’t have to be 8’ tall to zip it up when packing it! You can also fit into multi stories car parks as it sits only slightly above the roof line which also makes the vehicle more fuel efficient! I have also mounted to the underside of the tent a 2’ x 4’ heavy duty blown plastic moulded folding table, which is very handy come cooking time and takes up no space at all!
The rear tub has a checker plate lid with strengthening bars so the spare is mounted firmly on top and secured through to the inside, the tailgate is one lockable compartment, with two further lockable compartments above the wheel boxes. This allows for full vision through the rear window as the tent is above the window. I also have the original canvas pick up cover with poles if needed.
Inside the pick up there is a 170 litre plumbed in extra aluminium fuel tank which is filled up through the lockable wheel top boxes. Although removable if you needed the space.
Scorpion Racing rock sliders with Tree bars for extra protection (and easier to climb in and out)
Southdown rear tank guard with detachable tow bar (this allows the tow ball to go very low if towing twin wheeled trailers) I also have the original if required.
Twisted performance exhaust with no centre box, it is the best TD5 sound I’ve heard!
Extended front seat rails (mud rails) on both front seats make more of a comfy seating position if you are tall, or just more legroom if you’re not!
Old man emu heavy duty springs on the front, which give a bit of a lift (not sure how much though). Still have originals if required.
QT front Diff guard.
285 BFG all terrain tyres, 8k done on 4, the spare is brand new. I also have the previous tyres which are general grabber all terrain x 4 and a general grabber road tyre which can be included.
CD player with USB input, coupled to 4 powerful 6x9’s mounted behind the rear seats in MDF boxes.

Can be found on e-bay with more pictures, a quick search for 2006 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110 TD5 D/C Expedition ready should drop you straight on it!

I've put a £14k buy it now to show people that i don't want £20k for it (as other ones like it are priced on there) reserve is well below that!

If the buyer comes from here, a donation shall be made.

Cheers Thumbs Up
