Puma 90XS door 'A' Frame Panel Clip broken
Oh Censored Embarassed

Does anyone know a part number or stockist for the large grey panel trim clip that sits just behind where the front seat belts hang in the A Frame. I broke the lower one climbing in to the seat catching the trim on my jacket which pulled the panel snapping the clip. Evil or Very Mad I guess the clip is about an inch diameter and probably has a fir tree end that pushed in to the steel frame behind the panel. I couldn't even find the broken end when it happened Big Cry Pobably only cost two pence but I have searched and cant find them listed anywhere and I bet if I go to Land Rover they will throw me out the showroom if I ask for such a small part. Whistle

Thanks in advance

Thanks Lorryman,

Part No: 7 certainly looks like it, but I don't recognise the panel. In my 90XS its the narrow upright strip that sits next to the front seat uprights and is directly behind the seat belts. The diagram doesnt look the same part?

Cheers Greeni but I don't think that is the right part. The head is about 26mm diameter??

I also broke the same clip. Have ordered some new ones in, I'll get a price and part number tomorrow as the local dealer are getting some other bits for me.

It looks like a generic part for all models trim. The microcat picture was the smallest showing the part and part number that could be snipped and posted on here. Thumbs Up

Have a look on this site for the trim layout on your 90: http://lrparts.ru/delive/

Brian.

Easiest route would be to call a dealer, they can identify it and post one to you Wink

Flippin heck - Well two visits to Land Rover main dealer and still haven't got the right clip Big Cry They ordered what looks like the right size head but when I tried to fit it the body keeps popping out. Looks like about 7mm shaft Evil or Very Mad So now they are going to talk to Land Rover tech support for advice. As Victor Meldrew would say ''I DONT ****** BELIEVE IT'' so it looks like a third trip to the dealers just for this stupid part. Wish I had just bought a selection from fleaBay now, would have cost less fuel Sad
