I've always sworn by a trip to the Edinburgh fringe as a good measure of who is worth listening to. Saw ~ chappie name escapes me (Jonathan Creek) twice he did a sketch about Lara croft and tombraider that had me in stitches. Also saw a totally unknown female who did a sketch about tramadol. I can remember watching this with tears streaming but only now do I have a suspicion that this might have been Sarah Millican

Ive got tickets to see John Bishop later this year. Really looking forward to it, but not seen a lot of his stuff, but found myself laughing out loud at the bits I've seen so far.
"after about 8 years of marriage, you'll just turn round in the morning and look at your wife, and you'll think 'why don't you just f*ck off!'' Oh how I laughed. I never used to like Michael McIntyre either, although after an incident in a revolving door, the seeing Michael discuss revolving doors in a situation very similar to mine I found myself watching more of his stuff and finding it quite funny. Seeing him later this year too. I'm a big big fan of Lee Evans and Peter Kay though. Lee Evans just needs to pull a face to have me laughing, and Peter Kay just reminds me of most of my family whilst i was growing up, especially as a lot of them are from the Bolton area. Some of the situations he describes are almost as though he was in the house. Can't stand Frankie Boyle though. |

Im now a big fan of Michael McIntyre. The stuff he talks about is so trur to life, and i also like the face that he doesnt swear alot like alot of other comedians seem to do.
Jimmy carr i find funny also, but in a wrong sort of way. Current:D4 HSE Gone: BMW Z4MC Gone: Defender TD5 90 CSW Previous: Discovery TD5 ES (Gone) |
