Hi,
I have just joined up here and off course I have to share with you the thing that connects us all, the legendary Defender! This is only my 2nd car ever, as I used to live in Europe and had no need for a vehicle. But I always wanted a Defender, I would dream about Defenders as a boy and how cool it would be to destroy every track in its path! I own a Land Rover Defender 90 PUMA 2008 with ~60 000km on it. It used to belong to a gent that was sponsored by RedBull and KTM so it has some unique traits, as you will see in the images below. I have no intention of removing the branding, since I LOVE the way it looks! It has the following options/addons. - Front Footwell Rubber Mats (LR005039) (1 is missing so need a new set) - Chubby Box (LR00878) - Side Protection Runners (LR008375) - Raised Air Intake (LR008383) - Wing Top Protectors (LR005230) - A-Frame Protection Bar (VPLPP0060) - Fixed Lamp Guard (VUB504110) - Multi Hight Tow bar (LR006310) - 13 Pin Towing Electrics (LR005919) - Rear Access Ladder (STC50417) It has the following customizations: - Clarion 1-DIN Head Unit unit that obviously plays everything. iPod and USB plugs in beneath the steering wheel, completely out of the way. - Lightning Audio AMP, 1000w AMP - Massive Audio 12-inch Sub - Vibe Audio 6x9's I have all round 30% visibility tinting, incl. windshield (shhh!! ;-) ) I have a very unique plate made for the "Puma Bulge" on the bonnet, + laser cut DEFENDER badge. Clearly visible in the pics. The RedBull and KTM branding is very notable, even the centre console has been branded. The blue and silver is painted and the red bull logo is all sticker, including the ones on the doors and rear. Future add-ons and modifications: - Duall battery System - Slightly wider tyres - Stofpad4x4 bashplate (see image link below) - Re-do the light protectors (powder coating or something.) - Swap this A-Frame BB for a wrap around bumper replacement BB + winch https://2990724588682002603-a-stofpad4x4-c...edirects=0 Your comments and opinions will be greatly appreciated! |

Nice, I like it, not sure about the bonnet plate, but I love the graphics, especially the dash. Cool

Do I see black boost rims - mmmmm
Can you tell if they're painted or powder-coated? Funky truck - very nice Tell someone you love them today because life is short. But shout it at them in German because life is also terrifying and confusing... |

Very nice! LOVE the wheel/tyre combo. Hopefully I'll be able to fit something similar to mine in the future.

Thanks for the feedback. I am actually surprised at how many people on here do not prefer the checker plate on the bonnet, as everyone with Defender interests here claim to love it. Oh well, cant have it all |
