T1G UP - Can I ask, on your Td5 did it bring the wheel closer into your chest or the same distance as the standard wheel? I don't like my wheel (standard) but don't want a new wheel to be closer to me as I'm already cramped as it is. Thanks Nick 2.2 110 Tipper |

Well, that's more money spent!
Dave ordered my external expedition cage today from P&P. Got some extra bits for additional rigidity including additional roof cross and side diagonals and internal hoop and detachable cross. Also ordered their fancy snorkel and having it all powder coated in silver (same colour Dave's red 100" as above), which I think will look fab against the oslo blue metallic and galv chassis, bumber and rock sliders. Consequently bit more money that originally budgeted for, but isn't it always! Anyway, as a health and safety leader at work, mantra is - can't put a price on safety and going home safe and well at the end of the day! Should be delivered 4-6 weeks. Will post pics when it is all fitted. Last edited by Pam W on 6th Jan 2012 2:59pm. Edited 1 time in total |
