serviced by indy every 10k , dont know what oil he uses but it must be the right stuff

Know of a 200,000 hard towing engine, no problems but 2 gearboxes....can't complain Some early engines had problems but later ones redesigned and are good engines. Same conclusion mentioned in LRO this month

thats very impressive mileage KOTS
Only the other day a neighbour mechanic put a new water pump in my little Peugeot and of course had a good look at the Puma saying that he'd worked on many a tdci Transit. He said that in his opinion the 2.4 is tough as old boots due to its heavy duty components providing you change the oil on the dot and use only branded diesel |

Our venerable '07 1.Gen Puma just turned 200k w/o any trouble. Never forget: cars have owner, Landrover have field service personnel.
