United Kingdom 2006 Defender 110 Td5 SW Epsom Green
A friend of mine here in Swindon supplies them (Ridgeway4x4), looks pretty good, not got on on my rover (yet) but possibly will.

Was thinking of drilling a "finger" hole in it, to make it easier to remove, or connecting it via a small length of fishing cable (that plastic coated steel stuff) to the filler cap, so it couldn't go walkies.

RgrBox, I think you'll find they only come in Black but with the option of coloured writing. If you go to www.Defendoor.co.uk and contact him directly I'm sure he'll fill you in on any details. 110 2.4TDCi
