1996 Defender 110 300 Tdi USW Bonatti Grey

Oztent King Goanna Chair

Looking to buy a couple of camping chairs for caravanning. Anyone got one of these? Are they comfy? Bearing in mind im the wrong side of 20 stone

Currently there are no Oztent chairs for sale in the UK.

The Oztent chairs are some of those rated at 150 kg, most are either non rated or only 100 kg. So at 20+ Stone you are getting close to the max rating. OK accuse me of teaching gran as etc. It is important to ensure that catches on camping chairs are fully engaged, that all four feet are firmly on firm level ground and do not rock backwards on them.! ( Does that sound like your Dad, when you were at the dining table as a kid?)

The Goanna chairs have soft arms, whereas the Kakoda chairs have solid arms. The Kakoda solid arms are good if like me you have cream FFA Keres knees and use the chair arms to get up.

Hopefully the next supply of Oztent chairs will be with us Feb / March time.
