Height of Roof Rails and ladder
Can someone let me know if adding roof rails and a ladder will increase the overall height of the Defender or will it still be lower than the shark's fin? Most carparks I use have a 2.0m height limit so I'm worried that the rails and ladder will exceed this. Thanks!

Roof rails and the side mounted ladder are below the shark fin, however roof cross bars add a bit more. My Defender has air suspension and I've measured as follows:

If my memory serves correctly,
Height clean: 1970mm
With roof cross bars: 2010mm

However with Access Height selected (you can lock it down for car parks):
Access Height: 1950mm
With cross bars: 1990mm Current vehicle: 2020 Defender 110S
Gone: Defender 90 HT 200Tdi, Discovery Sport, Freelander 2

Thank you. Exactly the info I need.

I wonder if the Plumb roof rails and rack are lower or higher than the LR ones?
