Everyone needs to own a pipe bender for a period of time as a right of passage, a bit like all petrol heads are supposed to own an Alpha at some point.

I've never felt the slightest urge to buy an Alfa but I do have a very similar bender, somewhere in the depths of the garage. I haven't used it for about 20 years, but I know if I sell it I will need it within days.

In a lot of cases I struggle to appreciate “Art”. My attention lasts for but a few seconds.
However I can stand and stare for hours at the engineering that went into traction engines, steam rollers, huge static pumps and quality engineered and assembled tools such as your pipe bender. I thought I was odd, but when I joined Defender2.net I realised I was not alone |
