Removing text from hard rear wheel cover? Stickers/branding?
Hi guys. I have a lovely rear wheel cover, but it is covered in Nene details. It came with the new 110. Any ideas on removing the advert, without destroying the finish? Would also like to remove a small nene sticker.

I brought the car privately and have no relationship with Nene.

How old is the cover?
I did the same in what was an 8 year old cover. I sanded the text with 1500 grit wet sand paper and then polished it. But the problem is that behind the text was protected from UV and remained a darker shade of black. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

Gentle warming with a hairdryer wil soften the glue and enable you to remove them, then a clean with wd40 to remove any glue residue
