Hi Guys,

I’m looking at trying to wire in an auxiliary power socket in the rear of my TD5 110 (2006my)

There are 2 wires going to a plug in the rear O/S behind the light/wiring cover, one wire is Purple and the other is Black. It seems to be fed from the trailer socket but wondered if anyone knew what it’s for or which circuit it is part of.

Any help would be greatly appreciated In Yorkshire, but near enough to the Lancashire border!

Thanks TexasRover, that’s brilliant.

I’ve stopped using LRdiagrams since JLR stopped them from using the tech drawings.
