1999 Defender TD5 – Fuel Leak When Full
Hey everyone! I searched around but couldn’t find a clear answer do I need to drop the tank to fix a fuel leak? It only leaks when I fill it up, and stops once it's down to about a quarter tank from full. I know it’s a tight fit under there, just trying to be prepared before diving in. Thanks in advance!

Where abouts is the leak? Nay by just be breather pipe. Can sort that with tank in place.

Dribbled diesel when my tank breather was perished- a bit of a knuckle scraper but a quick and cheap fix you can do with the tank in situ. Avoid reinforced marine hose, it isn’t flexible enough, I bought genuine because I had a ferry to catch the next day and wouldn’t be allowed on with an incontinent 110
