3.5 V8 Exhaust manifold gaskets?
Does a 1991MY 3.5L V8 exhaust manifold (Fe cast) need gaskets to mate to Al block?

Mine does not appear to have any but I see some for sale on-line....

If not required, what is recommendation about prep prior to re-install?

Yep should have one of these on each port:



Go easy tightening the manifold bolts - don’t over tighten, they are prone to stripping the threads on the ali heads Thumbs Up Matt.
